Terms & Conditions

Cameo Studio reserve the right to alter and amend our terms and conditions as needed.
All bookings must be paid for in advance and class booking is essential.
If you access and use our website, you accept and agree to our terms and conditions as outlined below.

Classes

• Please arrive 5-10mins before the class is scheduled to start.

• If you arrive after the class start time we reserve the right to refuse you access to the class and to give your place to another student.

• Waiting list for classes – only available in-studio – first come first served

Cancellations

• Classes can be cancelled up to 3hrs hour before the start time – simply email us and the class credit will remain on your account. If you cancel less than 3 hours before the class start time then you will lose your class credit.

Class Passes

• Different class passes have their own validity period. Please refer to our booking page for details.

• Class credits can be shared by people from the same family or household.

• Class passes are valid for classes only.

Memberships

• Memberships are valid for classes only

• Memberships are subject to a contract and require a direct debit to be set up, which will take payment from your account on the same day each month.

• Your membership pass will renew every 28 days (4 weeks).

• If you need to cancel your membership for any reason we require 30 days notice (so you must inform us at least 30 days in advance of your next payment).

• Memberships are cannot be shared, and are non-transferable and or refundable. Tandem memberships are for 2 individuals from the same household.

Private sessions

• If you are ever unable to attend please give us plenty of notice so that we can reschedule.

• We require full payment for one to one classes in advance

• If you cancel your one to one with less than 12 hours notice then you will lose your class credit

• If you cancel up to 12 hours before the session then we can reschedule your class.

• We cannot offer refunds for one to one classes.

Workshops, Courses and Events

• We cannot offer refunds for workshops, courses and events.

• If you cancel within 14 days of the start of the course/workshop/event then we can offer you a transfer of credit to classes and other courses/events/workshops at the studio.

• If Cameo Studio cancels a course/workshop you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.

• We cannot offer refunds for missed sessions in a course but you can be given credit to use for an appropriate class, subject to availability.

Studio Hire

• We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

• The full rental amount must be paid 30 days before your booking date.

• Cancellations within 30 days of the event cannot be refunded, but we can transfer your booking to another suitable date.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:
 

If you are 16 and above you are able to attend any of our classes, workshops and programmes
Those aged 13 and over are permitted into classes with a parent or guardian present in the class with them
All children under the age of 16 years are the responsibility of the accompanying adult when in the Studio premises
 

STUDIO CAPACITY:
 

As of publication, Cameo Studio has a maximum capacity of 12 students. 
Please respect our team when we tell you that a class is full and know that we will do our best to get you into a class, however, if you have not booked in advance we cannot guarantee a spot for you
 

SHOP POLICY:
 

Cameo Studio will credit or exchange all sales of goods within 7 days from purchase with a valid receipt if they are unused and in saleable condition excluding sale items
Merchandise can only be returned if they are in their original packaging and unused
 

OPENING HOURS & TEACHING SCHEDULE:
 

Cameo Studio reserves the right to vary the class schedule and studio opening hours. These changes to the schedule will be published on the timetable online.
A Member is welcome to use the Studio’s facilities. The Studio may at any time withdraw all or part of its facilities for any period or periods and with notice, where practicable, in connection with any cleaning, repair, alteration or maintenance work or for reasons beyond the control of the Studio.
 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
 

Personal belongings are brought in the studio premises at the member’s risk and Cameo Studio does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items. Belongings will be left in the reception area to minimise loose items in the yoga room. The Studio doors will be locked before the session for safety and security. Phones sounds must be completely silenced (sound and vibration off), or on airplane mode upon entry of the Studio User into the Studio, and throughout the Studio User’s entire visit
 

ATTIRE & FOOTWEAR:
 

When attending classes wear a form of dress appropriate for yoga.
Footwear should be removed on entry to the premises and left on the racks provided in accordance with the instructions
 

FITNESS & HEALTH:
 

Students are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. The Studio reserves the right to refuse access to any Member if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of such facilities.
If there is any doubt, the student should consult his/her doctor and must notify the Studio of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated through continued use of the Studio.


GENERAL GUIDELINES:

All products and services of Cameo Studio and its subsidiaries and affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use. The Terms are to be read by you together with any terms, conditions or disclaimers provided in the pages of the Site. In the event of any conflict, the terms provided in the pages of the Site will govern. The information, material and content provided in the pages of the Site (the “Information”) may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to the Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.

Payment for Products & Services

All Credit Cards will be processed in Pounds Stirling at the time of payment. Cameo Studio is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Cameo Studio cannot be held responsible for any service or equipment not being available for whatever reason. The studio reserves the right to make alterations to the types of facilities provided, without notice and in its absolute discretion and shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except insofar as loss is by law, incapable of exclusion.
It is the Studio User’s responsibility to ensure that they are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme that they follow or class that they attend. Studio Users accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any programme or class. Cameo Studio accepts no liability for loss or damage to property or injury of students on the Studio premises or outside the Studio except insofar as such loss, damage, or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.

 

STUDENT FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS
We welcome feedback as we know that any feedback helps to improve not only us as individual facilitators but as a team and training programme. Complaints may be presented to the facilitators, at which time they will do their best to come to a solution that supports both sides.
