STUDIO TEACHERS
Our regular team at Cameo Studio
BETH
Beth is a yoga teacher, professional photographer and creator of Cameo Studio. Originally from the Philippines, she has lived in Tokyo, Japan for six years and Pune, India for four years. Home is currently the Cotswolds with her husband, two children, a temperamental Indian cat and two bunnies.
A road accident in Japan when she was in her 20s left her with a broken leg. Although she recovered from the accident, she always felt weaker on her left side. Yoga has helped her to develop the strength, balance and awareness in both body and mind that she didn't realise she needed. She studied yoga in India with Total Yoga directors, Manish Pole and Neetu Singh.
Beth's classes are fun and functional; she enjoys teaching dynamic powerful flows and combining this with mindful and slower movements.
She loves the seaside, massive coffee table books and karaoke!
Beth teaches the Align, Fusion Flow, Awakening Flow and Strong.

JULIA
Julia is a Yoga Medicine teacher, with more than 1000 hours of yoga teacher training and almost 20 years of teaching experience. She guides her students through an eclectic fusion of different yoga styles, with an emphasis on correction and alignment.
Julia believes that functional movement is integral for the longevity of our bodies.
Off the mat, Julia is passionate about skincare, music and her kids!
Julia teaches Functional Flow.

APARNA
Aparna was born and brought up in India. She has lived in Melbourne, Australia and Shanghai, China with her family, before moving to the UK. She trained with the Kaivaldhyama School of Yoga based in Lonavala, India as well as Yoga Ananda for pranayama.
She loves reading, going on long walks with her dog, Shadow and watching Korean drama!
Aparna teaches Beginners.

EMMA
Emma was a professional dancer for many years and found that yoga was the key in helping her body stay strong and her mind centred. She then decided to retrain as ‘Seasonal Yoga’ teacher.
Seasonal Yoga is a practical, beneficial and relaxing yoga that works with each of the four seasons of the year. On a practical level it means that in winter (when its cold and day light is short) you will be doing different yoga exercises and utilising different yoga techniques than when you would in summer (in longer daylight and stronger energy flows).

VERONICA
Veronica is qualified to teach vinyasa, Ashtanga and yin yoga. Her style is dynamic flow where postures are woven together to form sequences that encourage you to focus both on movement and breath.
She loves travelling and her favourite destinations are India and Ibiza—as both places have a strong yoga presence and people are very chilled! She also enjoys summer festivals.
Veronica has 3 cats and 2 dogs, all white-haired and therefore interesting for someone who always wears black!
Veronica teaches Vinyasa Flow and Yin

KATE
Kate's yoga journey started whilst she lived in South East Asia, initially coming to it purely for mindfulness.
As her practice evolved she went on to train in Vinyasa with the Eden School of Hot Yoga, loving the primal element
of heat and movement combined - since then she has also trained in Yin.
Nowadays, you'll find her teaching encompasses elements of both these practices.
When she isn't teaching you'll find her squirreling away in her silversmith workshop in Hidcote.
Kate teaches Soul Flow.

CAMEO CREW
A team of teachers who occasionally teach at the studios!
JAY
Jay is an award-winning yoga teacher who loves dogs, adventures by the seaside and watching sunrises / sunsets. She teaches Ashtanga, vinyasa and yin yoga. Jay says her love language is carbs! You’ll also see her usually with her adorable fluffball, Leo!

RHI
Rhi specialises in vinyasa and yin yoga; encouraging students to explore how movement and yoga provides so much variety, challenge and noticeable long term health benefits. She has a plant-based diet and has two beautiful house rabbits. She loves adventures, hiking and travel!

CHRISSY
Chrissy is a yoga teacher in training as well as an advocate for Save the Children UK, whom she works for during the day. She decided to dive into yoga teacher training during the pandemic-taking on a journey of self-discovery when the world went quiet! She loves art museums, coffee in the sun and cuddling her pups!
