About the Event



Join Emma and Tory, our Pilates teachers, for The Movement Reset,

a day retreat centred around mindful movement to support our health and wellbeing.


The day begins with an energising Pilates session by Tory designed to build strength, improve stability, and enhance body awareness.


Following the session, enjoy a nourishing plant-based brunch by our resident yogi-chef, Robert, to refuel and recharge, before heading out for a refreshing nature walk to support mental clarity and recovery.


The afternoon continues with a controlled, strength-led slow flow yoga session by Emma, accompanied by live guitar music with Archie. The retreat finishes with deeply restorative yoga nidra, allowing the body and mind to fully recover and reset.


Suitable for mixed abilities, this retreat offers a supportive space to build strength and move with intention - a total reset for both mind and body.
