About the Course

 

A 5-week yoga course with Beth for beginners or those who have done yoga before

and would like to learn more.

Each session will focus on different elements of yoga and I will be showing different variations and modifications of the postures to suit different abilities.


The class usually begins with a breathing exercise, some warm up

and a yoga sequence, which will then finish with a relaxing guided rest.



£50pp for the full course, only 12 spaces


Wednesdays April 10th, 17th, 24th, May 1st and 8th
