A special 75-minute session combining a moon salutation-inspired yoga flow
with live guitar music by Archie
There will be two sessions to choose from :

The full moon in May falls on Thursday 23rd and it is called the Flower Moon ~
thank to the abundant blooming that occurs as spring gets going properly.
This yoga flow incorporates chandra namaskar (moon salutations)
with body-opening postures.
We will be flowing along to live guitar by musician, Archie.
